County Board approves bid to host '17 Farm Technology Days approved

The Kewaunee County Board OK'd the idea of hosting the 2017 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days when supervisors met Sept. 17.

Four resolutions were passed at the meeting.

A motion was passed, unopposed, authorizing Kewaunee County to sponsor and host the 2017 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days. Kewaunee County, in collaboration with the county University of Wisconsin-Extension office, will go forward to bid on hosting the event. Farm Technology Days is the largest agricultural show in Wisconsin and is believed to be the largest farm exposition moved to multiple host sites in North America. ...
