Jake Zuelke's first field goal attempt of the season couldn't have come in a more pressure-packed situation.

Locked into a overtime battle with Edgar, the Stratford junior lined up for a 21 yard attempt, and after the Wildcats called a timeout, he coolly drilled the ball through the uprights to give the host Tigers a 17-14 win.

The win not only snapped a 44-game Marawood Conference winning streak for No. 2 small school state-ranked Edgar (5-1) but it also kept Stratford (5-1) alive in the conference race. ...
