Kettle events include magic, nature

All the Kettle Moraine State Forest events are free except where a Wisconsin State Park System vehicle admission sticker is required. The Ice Age Visitor Center is located off of Hwy. 67, one half mile west of Dundee, and about 20 miles north of West Bend, or 20 miles south of Fond du Lac.

Leaves of Many Colors Nature Storytime:

? Oct. 3 from 6-7 p.m. (Thursday)

? Oct. 4 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. (Friday)

Join us as we wander the autumn woods to find as many different colored leaves as we can. We will also solve the mystery of why trees drop their leaves in fall. This hour of nature fun awaits 3-6 year olds with accompanying adults.

Autumn Magic Exploring Nature Program:

? Oct. 5 from 10-11:30 a.m. (Saturday)

We will traverse the woodlands, unveiling the magic of nature in autumn and gathering leaves and nuts for a variety of special projects. Program is best for families/groups with children 6 and 12 years.
