A Fond du Lac man and his girlfriend have been charged in an alleged crime spree that includes stealing jewelry and cash from relatives and damaging a motel room.

Edward Uttendorfer, 22, of 128 Wakawn Ave., and Allison Weber, 21, of 478 W. Scott St., Apt. B-211, are accused of stealing jewelry and money from his grandfathers. The jewelry allegedly taken from one grandfather on two occasions in September was then sold to jewelry stores for cash totaling $1,330.

Cash allegedly taken from a lock box in another grandfather's bedroom several days later contained an estimated $16,000 in cash. ...
