The Fond du Lac Area United Way announces their 2013-2014 grant application packet is ready for non-profit organizations wishing to apply for funding.

Fond du Lac area organizations having a tax-exempt designation have an opportunity to apply for United Way funding to serve individuals and families living in the Fond du Lac area, except for Ripon, who funds programs from their separate United Way campaign.

Deadline to submit a request is 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18. One electronic copy and three hard copies must be submitted.

Proposals must support a minimum of one United Way community impact area; Building a Supportive Community, Building a Healthy Community and Building an Educated Community, and address at least one corresponding prior-ity.

Any and all program funding hinges on adherence to grant guidelines and success of the campaign drive.

A grant packet can be located on the Fond du Lac Area United Way website www.fdlunitedway.org - or call the Fond du Lac Area United Way at 921-7010 to have it sent by email.
