Knights to serve monthly dinner

Knights of Columbus will hold its monthly steak and chicken night on Oct. 12 at its clubhouse, 401 W. Clark St. The lounge opens at 5 p.m., with dinner served from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The meal includes your choice of rib eye steak or chicken cordon bleu, choice of potato, vegetable, salad bar, roll beverage and dessert. Cost is $15 for the rib eye dinner and $12 for the chicken dinner. In honor of Columbus Day, those who purchase a meal also will receive a coupon for a glass of wine or a strawberry smoothie.

The public is invited to attend.
