Forestville drug bust leads to probation

A Forestville man was given 40 hours of community service and a year's probation after he was caught selling marijuana in an undercover drug sting.

During a Sept. 16 appearance before Judge Peter Diltz in Door County Circuit Court, Jeremy J. Zenefski, 29, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. His plea on a felony charge for manufacture/delivery of less than 200 grams of THC was held open for one year in a deferred sentencing agreement between his attorney, Brett Reetz, and Assistant District Attorney Joan Korb.
