After four consecutive months of fractionally below normal rainfall, October seems like it wants to make it up in one miserable weekend.

Rain fell off and on all Friday in Green Bay, and likely will do so all day Saturdayand possibly Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service. While Sunday should be sunny most of the day, clouds will roll in by nightfall, bringing a 30 percent chance for more rain.

Friday looked worse than it was for most of the day. Clouds looked ready to release a bunch of rain most of the day but delivered less than a third of an inch by mid-day. Rain ...
