Teen arrested in alleged drug deal at Wausau West

A 15-year-old boy, who faces preliminary charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, was caught with drugs at a local high school, police say.

Wausau police were called at 11:30 a.m. Thursday to Wausau West High School, 1200 W. Wausau Ave., to investigate a report of a possible drug transaction that took place at the school, according to an online police report.

Four students, all age 15, appear to be involved, said Wausau Police Capt. Greg Hagenbucher, in an email sent Friday. The deal happened inside the school, and ...
