The trial for a 28-year-old Adams man authorities say fatally shot his girlfriend when she startled him out of his sleep has been delayed for three months.

Coleman E. Dybul had been scheduled for a December trial for charges of first-degree reckless homicide in the shooting death of Toni M. Voss, 27, of Adams. During a status conference Friday morning, Waushara County Circuit Judge Guy Dutcher, who is acting as a substitute judge in the Adams County case, rescheduled the trial for the week of March 10.
