Our Saviour's United Church of Christ, 343 Scott St., Ripon, continues their 150th Anniversary celebration with a commemorative concert on Saturday, Oct. 12, given by Jared Stellmacher, Ripon native and past organist at Our Saviour's, and Chicago's Gargoyle Brass.

The 7 p.m. celebratory program will feature organ and brass blockbusters including many new and innovative hymns arrangements, Bach's famous Toccata and Fugue in d minor, excerpts from Saint-Saens Organ Symphony, and a Polka and Fugue from Weinberger's opera Schwanda, the Bagpiper.

The concert is free, open to the public, and a reception will follow.

Sunday worship on Oct. 13 will also be lead by the musicians, including guest and former pastor, the Rev. Rebecca Johnston.
