The Brown County Homeless and Housing Coalition has spearheaded a collaborative effort to create a Brown County Referral and Intake Form that is used uniformly by social services agencies in the county.

The BCHHC is a community-based organization working to end homelessness through advocacy, education, and collaboration. Members strive to not just end homelessness, but look at the root causes of poverty.
