Police in the Green Bay area are trying to send a message to people who drink and drive on football Sundays.

After Sunday's Packers-Lions game at Lambeau Field, the Brown County OWI Task Force on Sunday fanned out through Green Bay and its suburbs, conducting traffic stops in an effort to find intoxicated drivers.

"We're working to get the word out that if you've been drinking, you need to find a different method of transportation" than getting behind the wheel, said Green Bay Lt. Karl Ackermann. ...
