Event aims to help students with disabilities transition to adulthood

Area school districts and agencies who help people with disabilities will hold a Transition Expo 2013 on Thursday.

The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 212 River Drive, Wausau. It's designed for students with disabilities, their parents or guardians, school staff and community members, and it help people with disabilities with their transition from school to adulthood. Presenters will including the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin and Guardianship Services. The event will including food, exhibits and door prizes.
