EDITOR: Protecting the sanctity of life is an issue near and dear to my heart. I want my next representative to do all he or she can to protect the unborn and preserve our family values. I have faith and great confidence that Alanna Feddick-Goodwin will do just that.

Feddick-Goodwin is 100 percent pro-life and will not waiver from that important stance. She doesn't support any taxpayer funds being used to support abortion and will fight against anti-life legislation.

As an attorney, Feddick-Goodwin will be a strong advocate to defend the rights of the unborn and will stand up against attempts to eliminate Wisconsin's abortion restrictions. She supports "conscience clause" legislation which protects physicians, nurses and other medical professionals from being forced to participate in an abortion. She supports a woman's right to know, which provides for informed consent for anyone considering ending a life. She also supports Wisconsin's bans on assisted suicide and partial-birth abortion. And she'll fight any attempt to allow for human cloning.

Simply put, Alanna Feddick-Goodwin is rock solid on the pro-life issues important to my family and I hope you join us in supporting her on Oct. 22.

Dean D. Schaefer,

Marshfield
