For the fifth time in his seven-year career, Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby has been named NFC special teams player of the week.

Crosby tied the team record on Sunday against Detroit with five field goals in as many attempts from 26, 52, 31, 42 and 45 yards.

Crosby is 9-for-9 in field goals this season and leads the NFC in most field goals made without a miss. Crosby has made 13 straight regular-season field goals going back to the 2012 season.

Crosby’s fifth special teams player of the week award ties him with former Packers kicker Ryan Longwell. It is his first since Week 7 of the 2011 season.
