After years of working in tight quarters, the United Way of Marathon County has moved to a new location on Wausau's west side.

The local United Way office spent more than 30 years on River Drive in Wausau. Today, the organization will open its doors at 705 S. 24th Ave., behind the Family Resource Center.

Executive Director Joanne Kelly said the new facility will provide more space for community meeting rooms and additional working space for its volunteers and staff members. ...
