Sturgeon Bay closed out the Packerland Conference high school soccer season with two special accomplishments.

The Clippers crushed host Algoma, 9-0, Thursday to claim the outright title and give head coach Todd Maas his 100th career victory.

The Clippers finished 13-1 in conference, one game ahead of idle Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran (12-2). The Clippers beat N.E.W. Lutheran, 1-0, in overtime earlier this week to assure themselves at least a share of a sixth consecutive title, but they now have it all to themselves. ...
