As summer sneaks away and fall encroaches, be prepared for some new visitors to the Galloway House & Village. In October, our quaint village will be taken over by ghouls and goblins and will be converted to host The Ghosts of Galloway Haunted Village.

This event is not for the faint of heart. Several of the structures on our campus will be transformed to include hair-raising exhibits, gut-wrenching displays, and actors dressed like they belong in a thrill-packed motion picture. Don't be alarmed by the sounds of chainsaws or the blood-curdling screams of innocent victims.

This tour of terror will take you through on a guided tour, lasting anywhere from 0-40 minutes ? it all depends on how much you can take.

This creeped-out version of our village is available Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 11 through Nov. 2. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the last ticket sold at 10 p.m.

Do you dare?.it's not like the village is haunted already anyway?right?

For those of you with little ones or bit less fearless, a toned-down version is available on Oct. 13 and 20.

Admission to this is $2 per person. There will be free activities for children.

A family-friendly trick-or-treat will take place on Oct. 27. Admission is free for kids 12 and under, but limited to the first 500 kids.
