Vet: Upside-down protest flag reaction mostly positive

A veteran who has been flying his flag upside down to protest what he calls poor governmental leadership says the response has been mostly positive.

Walter Blanchard, 67, has been flying his American flag upside down outside his home for more than a month. Flying a flag upside down is the international signal for a vessel or person in distress.
