It took nearly 30 years for the Hortonville football team to celebrate a conference title.

The Polar Bears were able to secure the Bay Conference crown after Friday's 34-27 overtime win at West De Pere in an epic battle that the Polar Bears and their fans won't soon forget.

It was the first conference title for Hortonville (8-0) since 1984 when it was the member of the East Central Conference. But just how long will the kids get to revel in their big win? ...
