A 45-year-old man sustained a significant knife wound to his upper body in a stabbing Sunday on the city's west side, according to police.

Authorities were called to 1511 Plymouth Lane at about 6 p.m. for a disturbance, and found the man. He was taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to the Green Bay Police Department.

A 40-year-old man was taken into custody and all people involved in the disturbance have been identified, police said.

The incident appears isolated, and police said the public is not at risk.

Authorities did not release additional information Sunday night.
