Mental health escapee captured in FDL

A former Green Bay man who escaped from the Mendota Mental Health Institute in Madison three months ago was captured Saturday night in Fond du Lac.

Graham Stowe, 30, was arrested by the U.S. Marshal's Office with the help of the Fond du Lac Police Department and is being held at the Fond du Lac County Jail, according to Fond du Lac police Capt. Aaron Goldstein.

Stowe escaped from Mendota on July 2, and information from an informant led to his arrest. Another unidentified person is also in custody in connection with Stowe's escape, according to WLUK-TV of Green Bay. ...
