The City Council met in closed session recently to discuss providing assistance to an undisclosed local investor who has an option to purchase the three-story stone building from Modern Woodmen of America.
"He's doing his due diligence to determine the economic feasibility," said Chris Haese, Neenah's director of community development and assessment. ...
