Manitowoc County Circuit Judge Gary Bendix on Friday denied a motion to release Dean J. Koenig on bond pending an appeal of his conviction.

The court will hear Koenig's post-conviction motion on Nov. 26 and has until Feb. 17 to make a decision, ...
