Oct. 7

? A Suring man was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road and failure to report an accident after a one-car accident about 4:28 p.m. in the town of Maple Valley. The car was northbound on County Highway A, struck gravel, went into a skid, entered the west ditch, struck several small trees and then a large tree about three-tenths of a mile north of Erickson Road. The driver fled the scene on foot after telling a witness not to report the accident. He was not injured.

Oct. 6

? A Pound man was cited for operating while suspended, failure to report an accident, too fast for conditions, failure to stop a stop sign, insufficient tire tread, after a one-vehicle accident about 2:39 a.m.in the town of Lena. The driver turned too fast from D-B Frontage Road onto Sunnybrook Road, lost control, spun, entered the ditch and rolled. Both the driver and the passenger, a Coleman woman, were wearing seatbelts and not injured.

Oct. 1

? No driver was named in a one-car accident about 2:15 a.m. in the town of Oconto. While eastbound on Highway 22, the car struck the shoulder, crossed into the oncoming lane, entered the north ditch and struck an embankment. The car rolled over and came to rest on its wheels. The vehicle's owner, a Peshtigo woman, claimed to the passenger. She said the driver may have swerved to miss a deer. She received non-incapacitating injuries, but was not transported for treatment. She was not wearing a seat belt.

? A Lakewood man was cited for failure to report an accicdent after a one-car crash about 5:45 a.m. in the town of Lakewood. The driver said he swerved to avoid a deer and went into the ditch on Lake John Road, three-tenths of a mile north of Hatchery Lane. He was wearing a seatbelt and not injured.

Sept. 29

? An Oconto Falls man was cited for OWI after a two-vehicle accident about 12:05 a.m. in the town of Oconto, after an eastbound pickup was rear-ended as the driver, a man from Pound, was attempting to make a right turn into a driveway on Delcore Road, just west of Gallon Road. The pickup partially turned over. The pickup driver and his three passengers, two Pound men and an Athelstane woman, who were wearing seat belts, were transported for treatment of possible injuries. The Oconto Falls man was transported for treatment of a non-incapacitating injuries. He was not wearing a seat belt.

Sept. 28

? A Sobieski man was transported for treatment of an incapacitating injury after a one-vehicle accident about 3 a.m. in the town of Chase. The man's pickup was westbound on County Highway S when he lost control on a slight curve and rolled just west of Hilbert Road.

? A cabin in the 13000 block of Bonita Road, Suring, in the town of Mountain, was entered.

Sept. 22

? A Wabeno woman was cited for leaving the scene of an accident after a one-car accident about 3:57 a.m. in the town of Lakewood. She was southbound on North Road and failed to negotiate a curve, hit the right shoulder, rolled and struck trees in the ditch. She suffered incapacitating injuries but was not transported. Four passengers, two Wabeno men, a Wabeno woman and a Crandon woman, were not injured. It wasn't known if any of them were wearing seatbelts.
