The Green Bay Packers' injury-depleted outside linebacker situation went from bad to worse Wednesday when it was revealed Mike Neal has a bruised shoulder that will keep him out of practice until at least Friday.

If Neal can't play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, the Packers would have to turn to a pair of rookies, Andy Mulumba and Nate Palmer, as their only healthy outside linebacker options.

Starter Clay Matthews is expected to be out until mid-November with a broken thumb, and Packers coach Mike McCarthy said he expects the other starter, Nick Perry, to miss about two weeks with a foot ...
