The Green Bay Packers signed wide receiver Tyrone Walker to their practice squad, the team announced today.

Walker is a 5-foot-10, 191-pound rookie out of Illinois State who signed with Green Bay as an undrafted free agent in May. He spent training camp with the Packers, catching 11 passes for 86 yards in four preseason games, before being cut.

Walker, who was on the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad for one game this season, was Illinois State’s all-time leader in receptions (250), receiving yards (3,565) and receiving touchdowns (32).

He will wear No. 83 for the Packers.
