After 16 days of a government shutdown, Congress on Wednesday finally reached an agreement that reopened the government and avoided a debt-ceiling disaster. But still, many aren't happy, especially the late-night comics who have dedicated the past two weeks to berating those in Washington for their inability to reach across the aisle.

One comedian wonders why some members of Congress are patting themselves on the back as if reopening a government that never should have been shut down is an accomplishment. Another says they should all be fired, and since Jay Leno ...
