Stepping Stones Early Learning Center in Neillsville and Zion Lutheran Childcare Center in Colby participated in the Childcare Physical Activity and Nutrition Program to help children make healthier food choices and include more physical activity during the day.

The child care centers partnered with Clark County Health Department and Security Health Plan.
