Fire house to get gender neutral facilities

One of the city's fire houses could get renovations that would include gender neutral facilities.

The city's finance and public works committees this week approved spending as much as $339,000 on improvements to Station No. 1, 1701 Franklin St., that include gender neutral bathrooms. The Stevens Point City Council could vote on the issue later this month.
