Algoma deputy clerk-treasurer graduates from institute at UWGB

Pamela Manley, deputy clerk-treasurer of the city of Algoma, is one of 96 clerks and treasurers that graduated from the 2013 Municipal Clerks and Treasurers Institute at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in July.

The institute and training center is one of the largest award-winning programs in the United States. This year, 285 clerks and treasurers from across Wisconsin were in attendance.
