Entering the season, Josh Sitton never had started an NFL game at left guard. The same goes for T.J. Lang at right guard, and David Bakhtiari at left tackle.

Evan-Dietrich Smith had just two career regular-season starts at center on his resume, and Don Barclay started a mere four games at right tackle.
