Ripon College organist to present recital

Sarah Mahler Kraaz will perform a faculty recital on organ and harpsichord Sunday, Nov. 3. The performance will begin at 3:15 p.m. in Demmer Recital Hall, C.J. Rodman Center for the Arts, on the Ripon College campus. Admission to the recital is free.

"South to North: Baroque Music from Italy and Germany" will show how Baroque music began in Italy and how those styles gradually migrated north to the German-speaking lands. Dr. Kyle Szabo, assistant professor of music, will perform on violin on Sonata VII, by Heinrich Ignaz Franz von Biber.
