Recent articles have focused on conflicts from the perspective of the leader having to come to a resolution. But what if that same leader has a conflict with his/her supervisor? Now what?

First of all, the best thing to do is to take some time alone to concentrate and document what you consider the reason for the conflict. We often think from an emotional perspective and react quickly to only later discover the facts were completely different. So try to eliminate the emotional view and write down the factual reasons which could be more than just one.
