Two people from Algoma were injured in a two-car crash at 12:42 p.m. Thursday in the town of Nasewaupee.

Dennis B. Anderegg was traveling north on County S, north of Tagge Road, when Travis L. Walter, 33, was heading south and crossed the center line sideswiping Anderegg, according to a Door County Sheriff accident report.

Walter's Chevrolet Monte Carlo skidded and went into the east ditch striking small trees.

Anderegg's Dodge Intrepid rotated counter clockwise coming to rest facing west. Anderegg was medically transported with incapacitating injuries.

Walter was injured but not transported. He was cited for driving left of center. The severely damaged Chevrolet he was driving is owned by Gail Walter, Algoma.
