A registered sex offender charged with attempting to lure three children into his car will stand trial after a preliminary hearing Monday.

Winnebago County Court Commissioner John Kuech found probable cause existed to bind Timothy B. Sullivan, 51, over for trial on three charges of attempted kidnapping and three counts of attempted child abduction.
