Home sales and the median price of a home in Northeastern Wisconsin were higher in September than a year ago, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
Real estate sales in September remained strong statewide and in Northeastern Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association said Monday that sales increased 15.8 percent over September 2012 and the median sales price was 6.7 percent higher. In the Northeast region, sales were up 11.5 percent and the median price was down 1.4 percent, to $123,225.
Outagamie County saw sales rise 9 percent and the median price fall 3.4 percent, to $128,00, while in Brown County sales were flat and the price was up 4.4 percent to $137,000. Winnebago County reported a 24.5 percent increase in sales and a 6.4 ...
