With tight end Jermichael Finley sidelined indefinitely because of a neck injury, the Green Bay Packers are facing another major offensive adjustment this season.

According to a report by USA Today, Finley will not need surgery on his injured neck, but the Packers nevertheless won't know for several weeks if or when he might return.

A report by ESPN.com said Finley's injury is a bruised spinal cord, which is a generic term that can mean anything from a temporary neck "stinger" to a serious long-term injury that shows up on MRI tests. But Finley's injury was serious enough that he spent Sunday ...
