Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Technology Expo: Mid-State Technical College information technology students will provide a Technology Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 1 at Lincoln Center. Topics will include Facebook, mail merge, protecting a home computer, digital camera usage and PC security. It is open to the public and there is no charge.

This week's RSVP volunteer opportunity: The Vital Information Program (VIP) alerts emergency personnel of an individual's important medical information. Medical and personal profiles are completed and attached to the participant's refrigerator door. Several volunteers are needed. Contact RSVP staff for more information.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:15 a.m.: Bingo, Plover dining site.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Pat Keller.

12:30 p.m.: Birthday party and bingo, Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: Chip carving; continuing Spanish; Life drawing & portraiture for beginners.

1:30 p.m.: Lincoln Center Flyers.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club.
