The Third Avenue Business Association brings its "Thrills on Third" Halloween celebration back for a second year, taking place Oct. 26 in downtown Sturgeon Bay. The event for local kids and families includes pumpkin painting, a costume parade with prizes and trick-or-treating.

"Thrills on Third" begins with free pumpkin painting for kids at Artists Guild, 215 N. Third Ave, from 9 to 11 a.m. Pumpkins and paint will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 200 children accompanied by an adult.
