Prolamina Neenah's new 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at the site of the shuttered Kimberly-Clark Corp. diaper plant is a symbol of the flexible packaging company's vision and its commitment to the Fox Cities economic growth.

Company officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the new $75 million project, which includes the cost to purchase Packaging Dynamics' assets.

Prolamina is the sole tenant of the 781,000-square-foot mothballed Kimberly-Clark facility and company officials say the massive plant along North Green Bay Road ...
