Oshkosh's Celebration of Lights is looking for volunteers to help transform Menominee Park into a dazzling holiday spectacle in preparation for its opening in late November. Volunteers are needed now to serve on committees, make phone calls, and help with the many tasks that need to be done. This is a great opportunity for individuals as well as families, clubs and church groups and other organizations.
