The Oshkosh Police Department will be holding a meeting for those interested in starting a new neighborhood watch program in their neighborhood in the city of Oshkosh.

The meeting will be held at the Oshkosh Senior Center, 200 N. Campbell Road, on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 6:30 pm in the Willows Room.

Information will be handed out on how to begin a neighborhood ...
