Oshkosh Public Library becomes a refuge for wordsmiths in November as it rolls out the red carpet to support writers participating in National Novel Writing Month. A planning meeting to help writers learn more and get ready for the event (referred to as NaNoWriMo), will be held at the library on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 1:30 p.m.
