Volunteers essential to Boys & Girls Club

Volunteers are a crucial cog in the gears that keep the Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area running.

"You're probably looking at 1,700 kids we impact on an annual basis," said Rob Wefel, executive director for the club.

"Last year at this time, our average daily attendance was 208 total at all the locations and program outreaches," Wefel said. ...
