Cranberries: Out of the Bog and Into Your Backyard: 6-7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at Green Bay Botanical Garden, 2600 Larsen Road. Ron Amos, owner of Evergreen Nursery, on commercial cranberry production, from planting to harvest, and how to grow them in your own garden (no bog required). $14, $7 GBBG members. Master Gardener General Training: 1-4 p.m. Tuesdays Feb. 4-April 22 or 6-9 p.m. Thursdays Feb. 6-April 24 at Ag & Extension Service Center, 1150 Bellevue St., Green Bay. Become a trained volunteer who helps county residents better understand horticulture and their environment. $150 includes training manual, handouts, state and local Master Gardener Association dues and project expenses.
