As a banquet server at one of the local restaurants owned and operated by her family, Olivia DeCleene is well-versed in being quick on her feet.

Providing meals to dozens, sometimes hundreds, of people at a wedding reception or another big event has kept the young DeCleene moving at a steady pace.
