There was a time not too long ago when Evan Dietrich-Smith wouldn't have been the go-to guy for an early scout on an upcoming opponent.

The only undrafted rookie to make the Green Bay Packers' roster in 2009, the center admittedly took his first NFL opportunity for granted. The following year, he paid a heavy price and spent most of the 2010 campaign out of football.

That was until the Packers brought him back on New Year's Eve during the final stretch of their Super Bowl season. ...
