Following are the highlights from coach Mike McCarthy’s post-practice press conference today:

*(how James Jones look?) we’ll see how he is in the morning. Didn’t sit there and watch him, will tell more when I watch the tape.

*(Chicago D the same forcing turnovers?) Yes, not only taking away the football, it’s what they do with the football after they take it away. That’s definitely been highlighted this week.

*(hyde returning KOs?) haven’t made decision yet. Hyde and Franklin both working back there.

*(Know Trestman?) I know him professionally. You can see the change in his scheme, similar to New Orleans if you’re looking for someone to compare them to.
*(What think of Dietrich-Smith this season?) Playing very well. He’s physical, does a lot of thing technically well.

*(Rodgers impressed you with patience in passing game despite injuries?) He’s been very patient. Our game plans have changed more this year than prior years, that illustrates the trust in him because he has biggest job to do with the changes.

*(Can you do more no-huddle now that guys have played a couple weeks at WR?) Have to look at personnel and how they match up with opponent. With people gone our planning has changed.

*(Taylor’s chances of playing?) Looks good. So far, so good.
